Whether you need a different size for the perfect fit or a different style for your next performance, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the soles are clean and free of scuff marks from trial wear.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our studio receives and inspects the shoes, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
